Exclusive Wedding & Event Shuttle Services for Partnered Venue - Wild Roots, Lockhart TX 🌸

We’re thrilled to partner with Wild Roots, one of Lockhart’s most beautiful venues, to offer exclusive transportation options for their clients. Our 14-passenger White High-Top Ford Transit Vans provide comfort and convenience for your guests, ensuring smooth and timely transportation for your special day.

Popular Service: Pre- & Post-Ceremony Shuttle

  • Lockhart & Surrounding Areas: $600 + 15% Gratuity per van

  • Austin Area: $650 + 15% Gratuity per van

  • Includes: 2 designated pick-up times (ex. 4 pm pre-ceremony & 9 pm post-ceremony). Vans will not remain on-site between pick-ups unless booked with hourly service.

  • Additional Shuttle Trips: $30 per van per additional trip before or after the ceremony.

Example Costs:

  • 1 Pre & Post Shuttle: $600 + $90 Gratuity = $690 Total

  • 2 Pre & Post Shuttles: $600 + $30 x 2 additional pickups + $99 Gratuity = $759 Total

Hourly Shuttle Service

  • Lockhart to Wild Roots: $100/hr + 20% Gratuity per van

  • Austin to Wild Roots: $115/hr + 20% Gratuity per van

  • Minimum 5-hour service (Fri-Sun)

  • Includes unlimited trips on-site, as needed, such as pre- & post-ceremony and early exits.

Flexible Options: Clients can mix and match Pre- & Post-Ceremony and Hourly services for a customized experience.
